We’re by your side from the preparations until the end of the party, for full coverage of up to 12 hours. If the day runs longer, up to 3 extra hours can be added (€100/hour per operator), arranged together.

We deliver the film within 90 working days via a private link. This is an indicative timeframe and may vary depending on the time of year. For those who’d like it sooner, express delivery in 15 days is available.

Every film is unique, because every couple is. Our films range from 10 to 30 minutes, but the length is never a fixed formula: we define it together with you before the event, listening to what you want, and we also take into account what actually unfolds on the day. The goal is always an authentic film, true to your story.

Before the wedding we’ll send you a dedicated questionnaire. It helps us understand your needs, your priorities and the details that truly matter to you, so the film tells your story authentically, and not just any wedding.

Yes. On request, we collaborate with photographers who share our same style and sensibility, so that photography and video speak the same language. They usually work as a duo, for complete and discreet coverage of the entire day.

All our films are shot and delivered in 4K.

There are always 2 videographers present. The STORY package adds a third videographer dedicated to the preparations at the villa.

The Love Story or After Wedding video sessions involve a single day of filming and 2 videographers will be present. The drone is also included.
The Save the Date session involves a single day of filming; the drone is not included and has an additional cost of €100.

All such situations are already anticipated and covered in the contract. Bad weather doesn’t stop us: we know how to adapt and turn any condition into a narrative opportunity. As for the drone, its use depends on the location’s regulations and permits: we know the restricted areas well  and will inform you in good time about the possibilities.

The date is secured by signing the contract and paying a 20% deposit (date reservation fee). You also have 14 days to withdraw at no cost, with full refund of the deposit. The balance is paid at the end of the event or within 7 days by bank transfer.

Absolutely: we love to travel and tell stories anywhere in the world. For weddings beyond 150 km, a travel expense reimbursement applies (fuel, any tolls and, if needed, accommodation), always agreed with you in advance and in full transparency. For destination weddings and elopements abroad, the team’s travel and accommodation costs are not included in the package price and are defined together, case by case, depending on the chosen location.

Yes. We use exclusively professionally licensed music, carefully selected to accompany and enhance the emotions of your film.

We keep your film in our archives for 24 months from the delivery date, so you’ll have all the time you need to download it and store it safely. We still recommend always keeping a personal copy as well.
